Welcome from the Chairmen

The 2009 IEEE Bipolar / BiCMOS Circuits and Technology Meeting (BCTM2009) provides a forum for technical communication focused on the needs and interests of the bipolar and BiCMOS community. BCTM is considered one of the leading and respected technology conferences in the field of semiconductor technology.

The BCTM 2009 conference will be held on October 12-14, 2009 in Capri, Italy. It includes a one day short course followed by two days of conference.

The BCTM conference attracts people interested in all aspects of the semiconductor business, ranging from starting materials, semiconductor manufacturing and testing tools, assembly, process simulation and evaluation tools, analog and RF circuit design and EDA tools, off site manufacturing services etc.

We are very pleased to be returning to Europe in picturesque Capri this year as part of our regular conference rotation of two years in the USA and followed by one year in Europe.
