Welcome from the Chairmen

The Bipolar/BiCMOS Circuits and Technology Meeting (BCTM) is a forum for technical communication focused on the needs and interests of the bipolar and BiCMOS community. Papers covering the design, performance, fabrication, testing and application of bipolar and BiCMOS integrated circuits, bipolar phenomena, and discrete bipolar devices are solicited.

BCTM2008 conference will be held on October 13-16, 2008 in Portola Plaza Hotel, Monterey, California, USA. It includes one day of short course, two days of conference and a one-day Compact Modeling Workshop.

This year, for the first time, we will be in co-location with Compound Semiconductor Integrated Circuit Symposium (CSICS). We will have a joint exhibit and share social several events. We hope this will be a truly unique and fruitful experience. Plan to attend and contribute a paper.
